About Me

My healing began the day I spoke kindly to myself and meant it.

Carrying so much for so long began to echo in my body. I couldn’t feel my own light for a while.

Before I had any names for it, I did the one thing that made sense: I became the voice I needed. I told myself the truth without being harsh. I kept one small promise a day. I changed how I spoke to myself. The changes were quiet but real—less tension, kinder thoughts, a steadier center.

I didn’t start with a technique. I started with tiny choices—one honest breath, one kinder sentence in my head, one promise kept. Later, Ho’oponopono found me and gave words to what my heart was already learning.

I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.
Those four phrases gave language to the care I was already practicing. They helped me clear old patterns, soften heavy feelings, and make room for peace. I still use this practice for myself, and now I offer it to others from the same place of care.

Looking back, it feels like I was being prepared—to learn how to stay with myself, to notice what helps, and to honor the pace of real change.

I want you to feel a warm, honest energy here—like stepping into a space that truly cares for you. My work comes from love, compassion, and respect. I know what it’s like to invest your resources and wonder if it will help. I’ve been there.
